What if the item doesn't fit? How do exchanges and returns work?

We want to make sure you find the perfect item that fits well and that you enjoy wearing. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your Bamburi products to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. The items must be in brand-new condition, with no signs of wear, and in the original packaging. All returns require authorization from Bamburi Customer Service.
