Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to inform us of your decision to return an item, without having to provide a reason.

The 14-day period begins on the day after you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the item. If a single order contains multiple items delivered separately, the period begins on the day after the last item is received.

The period is calculated in calendar days, including weekends and public holidays. If the final day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next working day.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions.

For orders delivered to mainland Portugal and mainland Spain, we’ll provide a free prepaid return shipping label.

For orders delivered to all other destinations, customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs, except where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

You must send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to return it.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Where an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs, regardless of the delivery destination.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products, such as special orders or personalised items, and personal care goods, such as beauty products.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If the return meets the applicable conditions, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. The refund will include the original standard delivery costs. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced or express delivery service will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your decision to withdraw from the purchase, subject to the conditions stated above. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
