If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your Bamburi products to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. The items must be in brand-new condition, with no signs of wear, and in the original packaging. All returns require authorization from Bamburi Customer Service.
